1. Valid Driver’s License: To rent a self-drive vehicle, you must present a valid driver’s license from your home country. An International Driving Permit is recommended but not mandatory. Your driver’s license allows you to drive throughout East Africa for up to three months.
2. Passport or National ID: A valid passport or national identification card is required for verification purposes. We only keep photocopies or digital copies while you retain your original documents.
3. Reservation Confirmation: To secure your booking, we may request a small confirmation deposit. However, reservations can also be confirmed after receiving your flight details and copies of your passport and driver’s license. Full payment can be made upon vehicle delivery at Entebbe International Airport, Kampala, Entebbe, or another agreed location.
